About Erick Castillo
Have been actively learning about and working in the legal field since obtaining a BA in Legal Studies. Have previously been engaged in the political field in combination with administrative roles at each place of employment. I’ve overseen various groups of staff at many roles from leading a team to managing a department. Quickly mastered Mass Torts and then Class Actions for my position as a case coordinator. Engaged in record review and evidence compilation and subsequently managed settlement escalations and the training and review of the assigned team of Customer Service Representatives. Moved into the realm of Personal Injury as a Pre Litigation Case Manager and oversaw cases from inception to settlement handling every step of the case with minimal supervision and truly mastered the subject, along with soft skills. Transitioned into the supervisor for the department and trained every current pre litigation staff member. I now oversee payroll, case progression, staff productivity and efficiency, client escalations, complex issue resolution, and provide direct assistance to the handling attorney.
