Lead the Total Rewards Centre of Excellence, driving global compensation and benefits strategy while supporting performance and international mobility initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of Total Rewards strategy, policies, and frameworks globally- Oversee executive compensation, global job architecture, and internal job evaluations- Own the Total Rewards CoE budget and deliverables for HR/RemCo approval- Align Total Rewards with HR\'s annual strategy and business objectives, including EU Pay Transparency compliance- Drive M&A reward integration strategy (notably Siemens Logistics acquisition)- Develop and implement global frameworks for short-term and long-term incentives, including harmonization in Workday- Spearhead performance management redesign based on “What & How” evaluation methodology and integrate with STI/LTI and merit processes- Lead global change management initiatives in performance and rewards.Achievements- Redesign and implementation of the new Total Rewards philosophy to establish the foundation- Delivered a new global Non-sales & Sales Incentive plan and Long-Term Incentive plan- Integrate Total Rewards management global systems to drive performance (Performance and Rewards redesign)- Integrated Korn Ferry position management and career development frameworks.
