ABOUT ERIC JOHNSON

Financial Analyst with proven managerial success in project management and risk mitigation. To add value to the firm, I leverage excellent problem-solving skills in generating and implementing ideas for process improvements and automation to meet client needs with superior efficiency, helping give the firm a competitive advantage. I also have extensive experience in cash flow reconciliations and projections, and am a subject matter expert in FINRA and SIFMA requirements. I have made it my personal goal to always strive to be adaptable and dependable on both individual and collaborative projects. • PROCESS AUTOMATION – Proposed and presented over ten ideas to upper management and Directors for implementation, all of which were approved and greatly improved efficiencies and decreased the time required to meet daily/monthly goals and deadlines. • LEAN/PROCEDURE IMPROVEMENT AND DOCUMENTATION – Successfully relocated a team twice and completely re-wrote the team’s procedures utilizing lean tools and principles. Through this process as procedural gaps were discovered and addressed, many impactful changes were effectuated which dramatically increased proficiency and decreased the time required to learn team functions, as proven through the second relocation. • P&L RECONCILIATION – Managed roughly $1 billion in cash flows on a monthly basis, meeting all month end deadlines. • RISK MANAGEMENT – Discovered several procedural gaps resulting in a high potential of lost revenue. Procedures were implemented and set in place, helping recover over $30M in unaccounted funds.
