About Eric J. Greco

Eric serves as Senior Legal Counsel for EMD Performance Materials Corp, an affiliate of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. Prior to joining EMD, Eric was engaged in private practice (for national and regional law firms), and also served as a judicial law clerk to a New Jersey Superior Court judge.Eric was named as a New Jersey Rising Star - as listed the New Jersey Monthly magazine and the New Jersey Super Lawyers® magazine - 6 years in a row, prior to moving to an in-house legal role (in-house attorneys are ineligible for this award). Rising Stars are chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Thomson Reuters, as being among the top-up-and-coming lawyers in New Jersey. Only 2.5 percent of New Jersey private practice attorneys receive this honor each year.While in law school, Eric was a member of the University\'s Dean\'s List and received the Pro Bono Publico Award for significant service to the community. While attending university, Eric was a NCAA scholar-athlete and member of Temple’s Rowing and Rugby teams.
