   Ongoing contract involves working with a team of 3-4 dozen devs in support of maintaining and optimizing online buy flows for the Marketing department of a prominent Media and Communications company.Implementing changes across- Site UI for various rebrand/redesign initiatives- PoC functionality implementations and SOP functionality refinements in order to meet organizational sales optimization and volume targets during consumer cart build-out and checkout processes within the product/app- Addressing tech debt as proof of concept in the tech stack was successful and earned stakeholder investment in the growth of our team to support broader domains within the company\'s product orgCurrent sub-team assignment involves working on tickets to support multiple Product Managers\' iterative content update needs for various sales and product channels with a 72-hour SLA for completion and a side-project with peers around Python automation within the code base and Dev and QA testing needs.During initial proof of concept implementation of UX functionality, supported changes resulted in exceeding existing checkout process sales by about 3% for a conversion rate of close to 20% against a site visitor count in the mid-to-high 5-figures.Starting with the initial product page, where we optimized conversions during the holiday period, we have reduced page load times by more than half of the initial baseline.
