Oversee the entire business and ballpark operation for the Red Sox Single-A affiliate including 31 full-time staff members and 300+ game day staff members- consisting of 66 Greenville Drive games, 30+ NCAA and high school games, and 200+ non-baseball events yearly- The Drive has led the South Atlantic League in attendance each season since 2019- The Drive has been named the South Atlantic League\'s \"Organization of the Year\" for business and community operations in 2023 and 2024- Oversaw a $7 million clubhouse enhancement project prior to the 2023 season to ensure Fluor Field\'s compliance with the new MiLB Facility Standards- The Drive was presented with the John H. Johnson President’s Award in 2017, the highest honor given to a team each season- Oversaw a $15 million enhancement project to Fluor Field in 2017, which was completed in under 7 months- Created and implemented West End Events at Fluor Field, a sub-division of the Greenville Drive organization, including dedicated staffing, branding treatments, and marketing efforts
