   Led development of early GPT-based prototypes for wine tasting note summaries using CellarTracker data. Deployed and tested via email campaigns; the work later informed the in-app ‘Summarize This Wine’ feature.• Built a hybrid collaborative/content-based wine recommendation system used for personalized predictions, wine-to-wine similarity, and user-to-user similarity across multiple product surfaces.• Designed a custom wine search algorithm from the ground up, improving one-shot match recall from 42% to over 80%. Developed the evaluation framework now used by the search team and helped spec the logic adopted in the current app.• Created and deployed the “What’s Poppin” trending wine algorithm, detecting fast-rising wines from sparse, bursty time series data. Used in three successful marketing campaigns.• Developed a Likely-to-Pay model for subscription targeting, driving significant lift in A/B-tested campaigns compared to baseline conversion.• Built time-series pipelines for more accurate wine price and cellar value estimates.• Partnered with engineering to productionize ML pipelines using Synapse; helped graft ML Ops into existing cloud infrastructure and streamline inference workflows.• Delivered custom analytics and insights for wine producers, supporting industry partnerships and pricing evaluations.• Contributed to product discussions around search UX and AI-driven experiences; provided technical guidance for frontend metrics, cellar charting APIs, and feature instrumentation.
