It afforded the chance to develop people & teams, build cultures, invest in talented people, hone communication skills and unlock ideas. Joining early-stage companies gifted something new - The chance to work on EVERYTHING, to truly build a business, to sell a vision and to challenge the world with new ideas and solutions. It fits who I am. The challenge I choose to devote my time to is finding solutions for the world’s water issues – challenges don’t get more difficult than the global water crisis. It is a topic that can & will be solved and I want to be right in the middle of the people who generate the ideas, implement the ground-breaking innovations and focus on the solutions our world needs.
