I design systems, platforms, and product experiences that help large organizations move faster and build better digital products.Over the past 15+ years I’ve worked across retail, enterprise platforms, and consumer technology, leading UX initiatives for companies including Gap Inc, 7-Eleven, Intuit, Office Depot, and PGA of America. My work focuses on simplifying complex ecosystems—from large-scale retail platforms used by thousands of stores to enterprise CMS and design systems supporting multi-brand digital experiences.I’m particularly interested in the intersection of UX strategy, design systems, and product platforms—the infrastructure that enables teams to scale consistent experiences across products, brands, and channels.Throughout my career I’ve helped organizations: • Transform legacy tools into modern, user-centered platforms • Launch digital products used by millions of customers and thousands of employees • Establish design systems and component libraries that scale across teams • Introduce repeatable UX processes that improve speed, quality, and collaborationI believe the most impactful design work happens when design, engineering, and product operate as a system, not as silos. Much of my work focuses on building that alignment—creating shared frameworks, design foundations, and workflows that allow teams to deliver better experiences at scale.
