I\'m passionate about co-creating containers that empower talented individuals to collaborate meaningfully towards impactful outcomes. Over the years, my leadership and management approach has evolved into, Being fully present and engaged with the teams and individuals I work with, Coaching team members to take ownership of their personal and professional growth, Facilitating continuous improvement and transformation within teams and organizations, Stepping up to lead technically when opportunities demand it, Cultivating strong, collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders, Offering a balanced perspective that combines critical analysis and generative thinking, Setting clear expectations to align teams with organizational goals, Fostering a learning and feedback-driven culture, and Communicating effectively across all channels, focusing on active listening and clarity in speech and writing.In my portfolio career, I currently co-create across two roles,1⃣ As technology leader, I help software engineering teams succeed in continuously delivering quality software that creates value for customers within the insurance industry,2⃣ As a coach, I am focused on cultivating conscious leadership across industries to serve a just and equitable world.In addition to my portfolio career, I find grounding in meditation and yoga. I draw inspiration from literature and find purpose in various social justice communities. I derive immense joy from shared experiences with my wonderful husband, Jonathan‍.
