   I currently oversee the financial operations for North America with DNB Bank. My team manages the financial, regulatory, MIS, and tax functions, overseeing a $60B balance sheet. I oversee the consolidated financials and month-end (ensuring both GAAP and IFRS compliance) including regulatory filings, management reporting, and audit preparation. I drive revenue and expense forecasting along with KPI/KPR reporting.Key Accomplishments:•Revamped MIS reporting for all eight international offices and created a standard framework and best practices.•Partnered with IT to build in-house applications that streamlined customer tax reporting and daily regulatory reporting tasks which effectively ensured below 1% error rates. •Implemented an automated vendor payment workflow that effectively saved 100+ monthly staff hours.
