Extended leadership team member at Baker Tilly with over 25 years of management and technology consulting experience across a host of industries, ranging from professional services to manufacturing and distribution companies. As a value architect, I work side by side with executives to solve challenges related to enterprise transformation, strategic planning, customer experience, process optimization, shared services design, technology, and program management.My career can be segmented into 2 distinct domains: Client service and Firm Leadership. I have held several Firmwide non-client facing leadership roles both at PwC and currently at Baker Tilly. In my current role at Baker Tilly I serve as the Firm Industry Strategy Leader, responsible for strategy and operations across the 30+ industries. I have also held different leadership roles ranging from architecting key Learning and development programs to firmwide business model redesign efforts. While at PwC some of these roles included building a product support capability for a new business venture, playing a lead role in the firm’s enterprise architecture CoE, as well as serving as the PCS (Private Company Services) Advisory Solutions leader for over 3 years. From a client service perspective, much of my work has been centered around driving large scale transformations across companies of all sizes ranging from Fortune 500 companies to private, family-owned companies. The bulk of my client service work can be segmented into 3 project areas: • Strategy – Strategic growth planning, M&A / integration, Customer Experience, Shared / Customer Service Strategy.• Cost Rationalization – Process and business model redesign, large scale business process outsourcing, off / near shoring, organizational change, and resource optimization.• Execution – Enterprise-wide Portfolio / Program management across business and technology driven transformations.
