Group Security & Compliance Manager in the Microsoft CISO GRC organization. My main area of responsibility lies at the intersection of the cybersecurity demands of the business and the technical aptitude to build strategies to implement changes to regulatory requirements. Proactively isolating possible risks to the business or one/many of its environments or products. Understanding those risks and technically prioritizing them for quick remediation. Another large area of my responsibilities comes with mapping new and changing regulations/executive orders with current internal standards, finding gaps and addressing those based on the need.Premier Engineering:During my first 15 years of tenure at Microsoft as a Principal Cloud Solution Architect, I have played a pivotal role in driving technical innovation and strategic customer engagement within the Microsoft ecosystem and beyond. My expertise spans Microsoft 365, including Copilot/Generative AI, Viva, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure IaaS, and cross-platform service deployments. I have taken the lead in architecture and implementation of proactive support models for M365 Copilot and the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare (MC4H) as well, ensuring enhanced service delivery for customers. Additionally, I have spearheaded internal projects that address portfolio gaps and augment revenue opportunities globally while maintaining a strong presence in the community through speaking engagements and conference leadership.As a Delivery Lead, I have guided a team of up to 15 engineers delivering cutting-edge solutions across Healthcare/Pharma/Retail/Finance/Govt and Education customers, focusing on the Microsoft 365 stack and security. My commitment to operational excellence is evidenced by the successful execution of numerous impact projects, including enabling seamless transitions from competitive platforms like AWS to Azure and developing scalable governance frameworks for enterprise architectures. Beyond technical delivery, I have remained actively engaged in fostering innovation, mentoring peers, and championing Microsoft\'s Modern Work, Azure and AWS technologies across diverse platforms and audiences.
