ABOUT ERICH GARLAND

I started Idaho Falls Neurology in 1991 and have expanded the services and improved the quality of life of the residents in this community. I helped establish the first stroke program and telemedicine program for stroke in Eastern Idaho at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. I have been teaching the neurology clerkship for the 3rd and 4th-year medical students from the University of Washington School of Medicine and Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine. I am an advocate for my patients and have served on committees at the Idaho Medical Association, the American Medical Association, and the Idaho State Board of Medicine. I have been to Boise, Idaho to testify at the House and Senate committees in favor of legislation that would improve the lives of people.
