I manage global HR reporting and analytics, turning data into meaningful insights that shape decisions at every level of the business.As HRIS Administrator for our ADP platform and program lead for the global implementation of Workday HCM and Recruiting, I’m driving a transformation in how we manage the employee lifecycle ensuring the tools and processes we deploy work for our people, no matter where they sit in the world.My focus is on making People Operations a true business partner: building scalable systems, fostering operational excellence, and ensuring every region has the resources and support it needs to thrive.
