We offer plastic surgery and med spa services across our sites, with a mixture of private pay and insurance.Before PryorHealth, I served as the EVP - Operations at Foxtrot, a venture-backed omnichannel retailer. I had P&L responsibility for our retail business, and directly managed our retail stores, delivery operations, commissaries, customer service team, and corporate sales. As well, I oversaw our Finance and HR functions. Across 200+ team members and multiple cities I delivered strong revenue growth, improved cost efficiency, and built a strong, people-first culture.Before Foxtrot, I led e-commerce, M&A, and strategy for a leading natural foods manufacturer. Under my leadership we more than doubled our online business and I also helped lead sales, operations and strategy work to turn around our US business. Prior to that I was an Associate Partner at McKinsey, where I was a leader in our Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail practices, focusing on sales and marketing improvement.
