I started my career just in time. It was February 3rd, 2020 and I had just watch the Kansas City Chiefs win their first Super Bowl since 1969. I was accompanied by 7 other brand new Citrix SDRs who, just like me and everyone else in the world, had no idea what was coming in just 1 month.As I finished my SDR training and started getting some real sales action on the phones word spread around news outlets of COVID-19 reaching the states. And before any of us could really feel comfortable handling our business on the phones, we were sent home, and we wouldn\'t come back.It\'s been over 3 years since then and I\'ve worked in IT sales the whole time. I\'ve been fortunate enough to be on several teams focusing on everything from small businesses to enterprise level customers. I\'ve learned the do\'s and don\'ts on building and sustaining a sales team. And I look forward to learning more throughout my career, continuing to apply my past to future situations in order to become the best person and team member I can be.
