About Eric Euting

Eric is Arup\'s EDI Director helping drive EDI Strategy in the Americas region. He sits on the Region Board and works with Employee Resource Groups, EDI Office Leads, and leadership to foster belonging, enable Arupians to thrive, and help advance equity in the built environment.Previously Eric was a leader in Deloitte\'s DEI Consulting Practice. He is facilitator in Inclusive Leadership, has coached executives on Unconscious Bias and Inclusive Leadership, and is the considered a leader on Inclusive Language. He has guided organizations to creating and refining their DEI strategies and provided DEI recommendations and roadmaps to large enterprises. He also has extensive change management and project management experience to help implement these DEI strategies.
