ABOUT ERIC EMSKY

As a proactive, collaborative, and fast-learning person with experience in public, non-profit, and private organizations, I am committed to serving our communities and meeting diverse needs with equity. For the past five years, I have been serving diverse communities as a teacher internationally and in Washington State public schools. My strengths are in collaboration, teaching, training, and being a dynamic team member. I have an educational background in Business Administration with a Management concentration, and a Masters in Teaching which have provided me with a rounded Organizational Development, Training & Development, Instructional Design, Learning Theory, and Teaching knowledge base and skillset. In my professional roles prior to entering the field of teaching, I proactively jumped on every opportunity to train colleagues and develop new members of my teams. It was through these experiences that I discovered I have an aptitude for designing and facilitating training. At this time, I am seeking to utilize my teaching and training skillsets educate adult and/or K-12 audiences, train confident, empowered employees, and/or be a strong member of any team. My ability to learn quickly, and generalized knowledge base and skillset lend themselves to many positions.
