1. Vice President - Technology Leverage Finance

   Underwrote complex leveraged finance transactions within a variety of technology/software spaces. o Financings included: Leveraged buyouts, Dividend recapitalizations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and General working capital purposes. Transactions holds ranged from ~$10MM -$150MM. • Created and presented credit offerings and prescreens to PNC’s Credit Committee and Senior Management. • Built comprehensive three-statement financial models as part of the due diligence process to determine loan structure & financial covenants. • Monitored and managed a portfolio of 10 technology/software companies comprising of approximately $400MM of credit commitments. • Worked through problem credits and defaults to minimize/prevent losses to the bank. • Communicated with external counsel to negotiate loan documents and amendments. • Interacted directly with Financial Sponsors and C-suite management for both diligence and relationship purposes. • Served as a point-of-contact in club / syndicated financings for which PNC is the Agent. • Led cross-selling activities to promote PNC’s products (Treasury Management, Interest Rate Swap, and etc.)
