Diverse technological background in technology, information security, and intelligence analysis spanning 20 years. Utilizes diverse experience to create innovative and highly effective solutions to cybersecurity and cyber threat intelligence. Currently the Chief Technical Officer at 360 Security Services responsible for organizational strategic technology planning and implementation. Previous experience encompasses positions in a collection of public and private organizations where Eric has worked as a CTO responsible for cybersecurity system development, information technology security auditor of the national electrical grid, a full time intelligence analyst focusing on the potential impact of cyber threats to Minnesota government and critical infrastructure, and information security positions with Internet and communications companies based in Minnesota and Arizona. Eric has worked in physical and information security auditing, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and development of information security policy for countless organizations. He is a member of the FBI critical infrastructure protection program known as the InfraGard serving as the chairman of the Minneapolis Chapter’s Intelligence Committee.

The 360 Rapid Assessment and Planning for Innovative Digital Solutions (RAPIDS) program is a critical facilitator of these efforts, enabling us to swiftly identify, validate, and integrate emerging technologies. Through RAPIDS, we enhance our service offerings and sustain our industry leadership position.As an internal leader, my primary focus is on spearheading critical initiatives to enhance corporate technology and foster innovation at 360 Security Services. I direct internal IT operations, ensuring end-user technology supports their business goals and departmental missions while actively ensuring all systems, networks, and data are secure.
