As a community-focused Wellbeing Advisor, I am passionate about sharing health education, sparking motivation, and providing compassionate support for those wishing to improve their health. Previously, I worked for the NHS as a health coach, working with people living with or at risk of developing complex health conditions. Now working within the community, our team endeavors to reach areas of the district experiencing health inequalities. I am passionate about our work and am privileged and humbled to do it with such supportive and collaborative colleagues.
