I am a self-motivated, hardworking individual who is dedicated to achieving success in my chosen career. I have an undergraduate degree in both Insurance Finance and Accounting from the University of Hartford. In January 2019, I graduated from the University of Hartford with a Masters of Business Administration, concentrating in Management. The MBA program at the University of Hartford was very beneficial as I learned valuable experiences from my peers and applied them to my profession. I studied key business concepts from classes like project management and innovation, conflict management, project leadership and managerial skills, and managing consumer interfaces. I have also been challenged to critically think of new solutions through my case studies. Along with the valuable knowledge I gained through my studies, I have significant work experience as well. I have become experienced with Microsoft Office, strengthened my oral and written communication skills, utilized time management concepts, applied continuous improvement techniques, learned general accounting and auditing practices, gained a solid knowledge in risk assessment, and analyzed financial data in great detail.
