Oversees 2 agile scrum teams working on 5 different systems for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor (CBIC). Managed the mitigation of over Black Duck and SonarQube vulnerabilities increasing the security, quality, and compliance risks for systems code. Worked with upper management to determine employee hours saved while submitting over 10 process improvements that cut over 7 hours off the implementation of new code to production. Works with external and internal customers guiding the planning and prioritization of business activities supporting large, high-visibility projects, ensuring the proposed technical and solutions meet the customer\'s objectives. Manages the strategic map for the agile team. Elicits and documents user requirements to meet business objectives. Recognizes why the solution was chosen guiding both technical and customer in developing the systems solutions. Validates the accurate deployment of solutions by reviewing logs, assisting with test plans and test matrices, and other analysis activities. Created in-depth user stories for the developers for them to be able to complete the coding within the sprint time frame. Currently uses Digital.Ai’s Agility for tracking the development of the software and user stories.
