As Manager, Trade & Investment, I lead the Foreign Direct Investment (FDi) focus for Niagara Region Economic Development, my responsibilities are developing and implementing an FDi strategy focused on key existing and emerging sectors of Niagara’s economy, to support the generation of jobs and economic growth in the Region. Niagara Region Economic Development’s mandate is to promote Niagara on a global scale and to work in partnership with the region’s 12 municipalities to provide effective, innovative services that encourage investment in and travel to the region, along with business support services to attract, maintain and increase jobs in Niagara.Great things happen when diverse groups of people come together. Niagara Economic Development works closely with a wide range of organizations across Niagara to ensure our efforts reflect the priorities of the region’s private and public stakeholders.
