Started as a data engineer. Now I run AI operations for Decile\'s core product, Luma.Year one: Built out the data layer and migrated the platform off a custom solution on dbt.Year two: Explored the agentic AI landscape for data analysis. Evaluated Cube and Google ADK against Snowflake\'s native tooling. Informed the decision to go with Snowflake and Snowflake Cortex agents.Year three: Managing the full Snowflake Cortex agent operations, including the deployment layer for Luma. Building custom MCPs for Snowflake and Klaviyo integrations. Shipped the MCP development project in Q1 2026 with zero open issues.Today I manage 150 data pipelines and 150 Snowflake Cortex agents in production. Luma is a data analytics agent serving over 150 e-commerce brands. This is where I learned what AI operations actually looks like at scale. Not a demo. Not a pilot. Production agents, serving real customers, every day.Beyond Luma, I\'m driving AI adoption as a development practice across the engineering team and helping Decile bring AI into other parts of the business.
