About Eric Johnson

A global human resource leader with more than 25 years of experience building high-performance teams ensuring that HR services and programs align with organizational goals and objectives. My experience extends to the full range of the human resource practice supporting union and non-union workforce members at multiple global locations across the Americas, EMEA and the Asia/Pacific regions. More specifically, my areas of expertise include performance management, talent acquisition and management, employee and labor relations, total rewards and operational excellence. I also have years of experience with HR technology design and implementation having led multiple projects involving Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.I have a successful track record of supporting Fortune 500, entrepreneurial/start-up, and complex global organizations in the health care, financial service, high-tech, transportation/logistics industries. This includes experience with mergers and acquisitions and working with large contingent worker population. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB certification as well as senior HR professional certifications (SPHR and SHRM-SCP). Finally, I am a certified Mediator/Conflict Resolution specialist and certified Change Management Leader.
