   Building on my success in a temporary role, I now manage two teams; the \"Digital Storage & Backups\" team and the \"Data Center & IT Infrastructure\" team (previously Infrastructure Resources). Both teams focus on providing artist to expand their creative freedom by providing the Digital Storage and Render Serving infrastructure needed to continue to grow the state of the Art. Between the two teams I have 9 direct reports that consists of 3 lead engineers and 6 systems engineers. In addition to my work the Storage and Backup Team, the DC & IT team requires me to further engage with vendors and onsite contractors, coordinate with many more Systems and Production teams throughout the company, and help the team to pivot quickly when production demands change.
