Manage an international team of 12 people on 5 production locations. Lead Supply Chain activities around products\' introduction and withdrawal. Support R&D teams for phase in, enabling Supply Chain processes to operate while products in series life (demand & supply plans, ramp-ups management, inputs to S & OP, SAP parameters.). Lead product end-of-life projects, with cross-functional teams (defining last production and procurement batchs, minimizing scraps, cleansing SAP, obsolete stock tracking.). Create and maintain both Supply Chain processes and software tools (BI solution) in connection with other services. KPIs follow-up and regular reporting to Supply Chain management or Managing Directors. Develop an internal Supply Chain academy to ease new comers integration, enable continuous training to existing teams and create awareness on Supply Chain activies to other stakeholders.
