Leveraging over 30 years’ experience, including over 10 years as senior in-house counsel at Fortune 100 technology and other companies, I help businesses to negotiate deals that work for their organizations, to see and address deal risks that they are trying to identify and resolve, and to create solutions to transaction obstacles that they encounter.
