   My core function is to manage programs and initiatives that support our national consultant community, and my secondary functions are to be a liaison with many of our STEM partnerships and to oversee our corporate #ApexGivesBack philanthropy and CSR efforts. Manage programs that include: CSAT survey programs, training programs, career development resources, workflow automation tools, content and marketing campaigns, engagement efforts, alumni initiatives, and more. Determine core KPIs for best supporting our candidates, consultants, and alumni, and have designed 10+ roles, programs and resources to drive engagement and increase support. Involved in the design, hiring and management of 6 new teams/jobs that fall within the Consultant Community support umbrella. With our STEM partnerships, initiated and managed relationships with the following organizations: Year Up, CompTIA IT-Ready (through their Creating IT Futures philanthropic arm), Vets2PM, Warriors to Work (a partnership of Wounded Warriors Foundation & CompTIA), & Tech4Troops. Support through delivering job seeker education and resources, connecting with local Apex teams to help graduates launch careers, setting up volunteer opportunities, and other efforts that support recipients of these programs.
