Responsible for the clinical care activities in the outpatient area and serves as a clinical consultant in community practices. Responsible for developing and implementing care guidelines/disease management systems and strategies and providing ambulatory and inpatient nursing care, including all clinical and educational activities provided by licensed and unlicensed personnel. Collaborates with the Director of Bowyer and the inpatient Unit Directors to develop Standards for patient care, assessing interventions, and improving care.
