About Erica Sardarian-Peterson
i’m a driven and passionate professional with a collaborative spirit and extensive experience in creative operations. i started as a producer working on shows for the travel channel, cooking channel, history channel, fox movie channel, A&E, and E! both in new york and LA. i transitioned into digital branded content working with keurig, sonicare, nintendo, cottonelle and other brands integrating their messaging into influencer content. taking those skills, i was brought into tastemade to manage the launch of their new vertical tastemade home and led the partnership with their launch partner, zillow. i pivoted into the doc world and had the opportunity to co-direct a feature-length documentary called Company Town, a film sundance says “could save lives” that aired on PBS, KCET, and is now streaming on Apple TV. the film was featured in the New York Times, LA Times, and The New Yorker. i had the honor of screening and speaking at Harvard. from hulu, to starz, to honey to paypal i was able to gain skills and insights and provide expertise from all the previous lives i had lived. i’ve built workflows, project management tooling systems, playbooks and fell in love with the process of building process and making an impact. giving creatives the space to focus on the creative. i lead with empathy, authenticity, kindness, curiosity and, most importantly, i care about people.
