As an Executive Recruiting leader, I serve as a trusted advisor to our senior-most leaders, a partner to my colleagues, and a dedicated advocate for the talent we bring into the fold. My focus is on implementing tailored talent strategies and scalable recruiting solutions to attract the dreamers and makers who define our culture.I oversee executive search across the entire enterprise—from AI, ML, and Engineering to Product Management, Risk Management, and all Staff functions. We operate with a startup mindset and a human-centric approach, searching for leaders who possess a relentless curiosity and the agility to drive impact at a Fortune 100 scale. We haven’t thought of all the great ideas yet. That’s why I’m dedicated to finding the leaders who will build what’s next.I bring my whole self to work and support others in doing the same. I’m a West Virginian at heart with a lifelong love for the mountains. My favorite roles include being a dog mom, a stepmother, and a dedicated wife to a husband whose career in elections and public service keeps us both grounded in the importance of community. When we aren\'t exploring the world or chasing new culinary experiences, you can usually find us planning our next great travel adventure.
