About Erica Raleigh
WHAT I DO: I am a comprehensive Sr. Program Manager for the recently launched Advisor Lending Program at Ameriprise Financial in Minneapolis. I work directly with advisors across the US to understand their practice economics and growth plans to help create meaningful business development through our in-house lending option. From inquiry to disbursement, I work alongside the advisor and partner with broader teams across Ameriprise with a strategic mindset of risk mitigation, efficient processing, and customer service. I lead a team of analysts develop and streamline the program so we can be scalable to meet advisor needs. Monthly, we present to senior finance leadership to demonstrate the work we do for advisors and the enhancements we make to the program. I am passionate about the positive difference we’re making for our business drivers. I contribute to the organization as a whole by being a Co-Chair for our Hispanic Business Resource Network (BRN) to drive toward impactful diversity and inclusion initiatives. I have also served as Treasurer of the firm’s ToastMasters chapter - an international public speaking organization - and won ToastMaster of the Year in 2021 and 2022. WHAT I ENJOY: My liberal arts background gave me a holistic approach to life and career. I like to work with people and find ways to work together, but I also like to dive into the nitty gritty details and problem solve. These complementary interests allow me to tell a story and convey it in a way that is understandable and clear across any audience. My growth mindset means I enjoy collaboration and learning new skills to strategically lead my team.
