ABOUT ERICA NECHAEV
A Bachelors of Commerce with a specialized honours in Marketing student, graduating in December 2024. I am continuously broadening my experience, as I have just taken on the role of Brand Communications Intern at Flipp! I have advanced my experience at Signify (formerly Philips Lighting), where I completed an 8 month internship as a Marketing Intern. At Signify, I collaborated with teams across the Americas, worked on various campaigns and supported new product launches. Additionally, I’ve gained experience as a Director of Events at the Marketing Students\' Society of York University. As the Director of Events, I worked with a team to create innovative Marketing events tailored to students of Business studies. My passions include actively participating in nation-wide case competitions, earning certificates to keep my knowledge up-to-date, and taking on passion-projects within my field! I would best be described as a hard-working, passionate, and positive-minded individual.
