   Develop and implement the overall communication strategy for ERM North America audiences in collaboration with the Leadership Team and in line with ERM’s global approach • Work with the ERM Group Communications team to cascade global communications and align local communications with global directions; act as a relay of the Group Communications team in the North America region and update the Group Communications team on regional communications activities • Establish the appropriate communication vehicles that engage audience segments, create momentum and awareness and celebrate success. • Track and measure communication engagement levels to monitor success/effectiveness and makes adjustments as appropriate • Develop and refine ERM North America’s “core” messages to ensure organizational consistency with the global ERM organization • Develop, distribute and maintain ERM North America’s internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, special projects and assignments. • Develop specific communication strategies/programs for areas such as corporate culture, performance management and business strategy. Work in partnership with internal clients (HR, IT, commercial, etc.) to advise on their communications and help with execution. • Help coordinate, organize and engage audiences for major ERM meetings in North America
