Event Management Coordinate all Telit events, including large trade shows, partner shows, conferences, speaking opportunities, seminars, sales training, customer events, etc. Event coordination includes: Commitment from specific Telit team member(s), badge registration, event logistics, organization and shipment of booth & materials, communication of event plan and materials to on-site team, pre- and post-event event campaigns, etc Webinars/Speaking Engagements -Research speaking opportunities and commit Telit speaker where appropriate -Write, maintain, and edit event presentation content. Support speakers with content as needed-Maintain archive of all marketing materials including presentations, external and internal communications, event contracts, small and large event plans, speaker bios & headshots, etc -Responsible for creating schedule, booking speakers, reviewing presentations, sending out invites, and managing pre- and post-webinar planning -Assist with creating and maintaining sales forms and any other collateral needed by sales team -Work with our RSDs, distributors, partners, etc to ensure they have marketing support Americas Regional Responsibilities -Assist in managing Americas regional go-to-market product launch plans and associated campaigns in order to drive customer demand -Work with Head of Regional Marketing and global product management to develop strong product positioning for each new regional product launch -Work with sales and other customer organizations (Telit internal) in the Americas region, participating in their regular planning meetings and delivering feedback on marketing activities on-going to support their plans -Support regional co-marketing program with partners, channel and distributors -Budget management for all other Americas activities as needed
