The magic of in-person events is in those serendipitous moments, unexpected conversations, and connections that stay with people long after the conference or retreat ends. I believe all of these things are possible with ONLINE events too when they’re designed for meaningful interaction. I design, facilitate and produce online experiences that are fun, creative, and collaborative in nature that builds real relationships in the virtual space for individuals and teams. The work I do plays at the intersection of science, psychology, leadership coaching and applied improvisation such as improvisational theatre. From designing online events to producing them, I love doing it all! When it’s showtime on the day(s) of your event, my team and I work closely with you to provide comprehensive technical support of your virtual event too along with meeting with you after the event to review results of the quantitative and qualitative measures used to evaluate success of the event.Having worked for 15 years as a mediator, workshop leader and instructor with businesses, organizations, and university students, it has been amazing to see people be open and authentic and teams being able to unearth the group dynamics keeping them from performing their best. I am an Executive and Leadership Coach specializing in improving team performance by creating real, meaningful relationships in the online environment.
