   Recently I have transitioned to work as the scrum/iteration manager for the Oracle Platform Automation Team in an agile methodology. I have also had some Tableau training in the last year. Created a data warehouse and dashboard to allow the DBA teams to more efficiently understand current and future performance issues, capacity planning growth, and highlight potential space utilization issues. This warehouse sources data from individual database instances and Oracle’s Enterprise Manager. The applications front end dashboard is written in Oracle Application Express. Used the data gathered by this application to help other DBA’s understand systematic performance issues including temp space usage, cursor usage, shared pool allocation, etc. Help various development groups in understanding application issues based on current schema design and provide guidance on good database table design. Designed a set of database views against the ADP data structures to help Sherwin Williams create its own HTLM pay slip application. Created documentation on how HR data flows from its source of truth database to other applications and services at Sherwin Williams. Analyze a performance issues on a Custom Oracle Applications concurrent program that was requiring 45+ GB of temp space, identified why this much space was required, and documented a way that the developers could change their application so that they would only need 45 MB of temp space. Working with a team of Sherwin Williams Architects to improve development processes. This include helping to define coding standards, and working to implement Oracles Enterprise Application Architecture framework at Sherwin. Helped provide ongoing performance Analysis for applications using Oracle AWR reporting Tools used at Sherwin: Oracle Enterprise Manager; TOAD; ER/Win; Oracle Data Modeler; Oracle Apex; PL/SQL; Oracle Database: Jira, Tableau.
