My job at J. J. Keller allows me to do a variety of things. I focus mainly on proactively identifying, engaging, and prompting active and passive job seekers to evaluate J. J. Keller as an employer of choice utilizing a combination of sourcing methods, but also get to work on Employment Branding Initiatives and Recruitment Marketing Strategies to increase brand awareness and raise awareness of job opportunities at J. J. Keller.I have a passion for finding, matching and presenting talent with new career opportunities as well as conducting market research with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, and Employment Branding.With my passion for research and technology, I am able to provide the Talent Acquisition team with new Talent Sourcing and Employment Branding tools to evaluate while using my organizational and communication skills to implement new solutions for the team.To help shape our talent branding and recruiting strategies, I am currently leading a project working with a group of associates to be brand ambassadors to share their J. J. Keller career journeys to help us attract great candidates and share why J. J. Keller is a great place to work. The content from our associates is being captured over a combination of video based testimonials, Q&A text based testimonials, and written personal J. J. Keller brand stories.J. J. Keller is truly a great place to work with a supportive and transparent leadership team. I get to work with an amazing team of professional recruiters in a collaborative environment.As a part-time associate with a flexible work schedule, I have been able to successfully maintain a perfect work-life balance while working at J. J. Keller since 2015.It is also rewarding to work for a company with the purpose of protecting people and the businesses they run.Outside of working at J. J. Keller, I enjoy spending my time with my husband, our two daughters, our moyen poodle, and extended family. Most of our personal time is spent between our daughters various sporting events. During our free time, I enjoy exploring new places, trying new restaurants, and going on new adventures!
