With a background in recruiting and a passion for strategic execution, I thrive at the intersection of people, process, and communication. Currently, I serve as a Manager of HR Programs and Internal Communications at SeekWell (parent company of 1-800 Contacts), where I lead cross-functional initiatives that elevate the employee experience and drive business results. My work spans performance enablement, L&D, DEIB, corporate giving, financial wellness, internal communications, and employment branding — all focused on creating scalable, thoughtful solutions that make work better for everyone. I love telling the story of a company in a way that inspires employees and connects them to purpose. I also have a deep passion for customer experience, both internal and external, and believe the best HR work is people-centered, data-driven, and executed with purpose. Whether I’m mapping a project, leading a team, or launching a new program, my goal is always the same: to move the business forward while staying true to what makes us human at work. Who is SeekWell?
