About Erica Gatts

I am a human-centered design leader with deep expertise in experience strategy, product and service design, and qualitative user research.Currently, I am a Senior Manager of Experience Design at Foundation Medicine, where I lead a team of designers and researchers to create innovative solutions for cancer care. In my previous experience, I have led multiple enterprise initiatives focused on behavioral health, Medicare coverage, and radiology workflows, and I have published and patented several user experience designs for healthcare software. My mission is to use my skills and expertise to design products and services that empower patients, clinicians, and researchers to fight cancer and advance precision medicine.
