About Erica Farago
As an Industrial Engineer, I tackled complex challenges, inspected facilities and products for compliance with safety regulations, and streamlined workflows. But while I loved the technical aspects, I craved a human connection. So, I stepped into the classroom to inspire high schoolers to unlock their potential and solve real-world problems. This unique blend of technical expertise and pedagogical know-how is what I bring to Ace Marks as an Operations Manager. I see every process and every team as a puzzle waiting to be solved. I leverage my analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, my engineering background to design elegant solutions, and my teaching experience to empower every team member to be their best.At Ace Marks, it\'s not just about numbers and spreadsheets. It\'s about building a culture of continuous improvement, where every voice is heard and every idea is valued. I foster collaboration, celebrate innovation, and create an environment where every day is an opportunity to learn and grow. So, whether it\'s optimizing supply chains, boosting productivity, or developing our amazing team, I approach it with the mind of an engineer, the heart of an educator, and the unwavering belief that together, we can achieve anything.Connect with me to- Discuss strategies to achieve operational excellence- Share best practices for team development- Learn how to bridge the gap between technical expertise and human connection
