Erica has over 20 years of public accounting, professional services, and private industry experience in accounting, finance, audit, and consulting. She began her career at Deloitte serving the largest companies in Cincinnati before joining Procter and Gamble’s corporate accounting team. She was also a Director at a Global Consulting firm. Prior to joining Gilman Partners, Erica was a Partner and Founder of a corporate consulting firm, Grandin Solutions, that was eventually acquired by private equity.Erica holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio. She is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Ohio Society of CPAs.
