Public health professional with 15+ years of experience advancing food security, nutrition equity, and systems change through evidence-based programs and policy advocacy. In my current role as Special Projects Coordinator for SNAP-Ed New York, I lead federally funded initiatives that expand nutrition access, support statewide implementation, and elevate community voice in program design. What energizes me most? Bringing the right partners to the table and sparking meaningful connections. Strategic collaboration has been at the heart of every successful project I’ve led—from cross-sector coalitions to statewide toolkits to national conference sessions. I specialize in aligning teams, translating complex ideas into accessible messaging, and fostering dialogue that moves policy and practice forward. A committed health equity advocate, I work to shape policies that improve access for underserved communities. I bring expertise in communications, technical assistance, and implementation—plus experience in elected public service, where I facilitated transparent dialogue during a multi-million-dollar infrastructure initiative. Outside of work, I’m an avid runner (9 marathons, 2 triathlons!) who believes movement fuels momentum. I’m proud that my work helps empower individuals and communities—across every life stage—to lead healthier, more active lives.
