Collaborates closely with the design team to understand creative concepts and translate them into technical specifications- Develops and creates detailed tech packs, starting from prototype development stage, including flat sketches, construction details, stitch guide, and finishing pages and spec pages- Conducts development fittings and collaborates with the factories / sample rooms to make necessary adjustments and modifications to patterns as well as participate in production fittings- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze and address fit issues promptly- Provides constructive feedback to ensure garments meet brand standards for fit and comfort- Works closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and merchandising, to facilitate smooth communication and workflow- Clearly communicates with domestic factories, contractors and garment district vendors by providing proper sewby samples, tech packs, complete materials- Helps set up production for success by ensuring accurate and detailed samples and tech packs from the development stage
