Their is always something new to learn, to become a more aware individual. I love teaching and the idea of linking knowledge to others. My objective in life is to always teach others, in one way or another.as well as be open to learn something new.Organization is an essential component of my success, it is one of the reason why I believe we must involve all stakeholders to assure our educational future. I am an exceptional communicator and relationship-builder; working collaboratively with students, parents, faculty, staff, administration, and businesses.

1. 504 Coordinator Dual Enrollment John a Ferguson Sr High 2022 - Current

   Miami-Dade County Public Schools

   Aug 2022 — Present

   Facilitating students who are eligible for a 504 plan by writing 504 plans, conducting 504 meetings, and monitoring all students with a 504 plan. MTSS facilitator for over 4,300 students. Liaison of outside programs to support and improve the school overall culture. Collaborate with FIU to teach the Dual Enrollment course Intro to Education and Diverse Education at JAF to 20 seniors. Create a live collaboration form for teachers and myself to effectively track and discus student progress. Collaborating with the ESE office, by supporting the department when needed, and meeting the requirements as an LEA to assist in meetings. Social Emotional learning monthly community/school trainings. Swimming and Badminton Coach.
