About Erica Bonelli
Experienced leader who began my career in food media, honing my eye for storytelling and hospitality before spending 7+ years leading Solutions Engineering and Global Strategy Consulting at Wunderkind. In 2024 I followed my passion for experiential marketing and building community and founded Philo, a full-service event design and production studio inspired by Philoxenia — the ancient Greek art of hospitality.At Philo, we transform a brand’s story and aesthetic into intentional, beautifully executed in-person experiences for CPG, tech, and fashion brands. From intimate dinners to large-scale activations, our work is rooted in two pillars: thoughtful design and meaningful connection.My background across food, media, and tech gives me a unique perspective on how to cut through the noise, build community, and create events people remember long after they end.
