About Erica Younger
Assistant Behavior Analyst licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) to practice Applied Behavior Analysis. I have experience as a Program Manager in an early intervention clinic where I worked with children with autism. I am currently doing therapeutic consult, working with adults who have various diagnoses such as, autism, mood disorders and intellectual disabilities. I am passionate about spreading awareness about autism and strongly encouraging the acceptance of all individuals throughout our community. I am also an Epilepsy Foundation Ambassador and spend time educating others about Epilepsy, as it comes in many forms. I have a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Florida Institute of Technology.
